This is a great post! I really enjoyed watching this. Don Norman is an extremely cleaver man. I love learning about the psychology of design and of users, and even most of what was said was common sense it was put across in a extremely clear and inspiring way. Im going to try and apply some of this kind of thinking to my next project. Thanks for sharing.
